Wednesday 18th November – Ringo:Music Bingo
A perfect mix between a game and comedy and a smash hit everywhere it goes: ladies and gentlemen, say hello to Ringo: Music Bingo.
It’s like Bingo, but instead of calling numbers, you get the intros to well known songs and you mark off the band’s name on your sheet. You are given clues in the form of great puns (is there any other kind?), this is not a quiz, there was no way of being good or bad at it, it’s just pure fun for music lovers.
Free entry with a Bingo card costing only €2 (of course you can buy as many as you want!) @ Spalpín Fánac South Main Street.

Friday 30th October – Halloween Party
this is the last big gig before we head off to Gaza. Fancy dress party with bands and DJs will be in the Mardyke. Fancy dress is encouraged as there will be great prizes for costumes on the night. DJs and bands on the night with more details posted soon.

Wednesday 21st October – Table Quiz at Spalpín Fánac
Another table quiz is set for the 21st of October. Again, it will be only €5 entry per person with a maximum of 4 people per team, we have more great prizes than before including tickets for gigs, wine, holistic massages, professional piercings(!) and loads more.
Lowkey is a Poet, Playwright, Political Activist and award winning Hip Hop Artist who has received airplay on numerous major radio stations including BBC Radio 1, Capital FM, Kiss FM, Choice FM and BBC 1Xtra and toured internationally performing to crowds everywhere from Glastonbury and Trafalgar Square to Germany and Amsterdam. |

Some of Corks finest will be playing the Everyman Bar on McCurtain Street; Niamh Murphy, Linda Cullen & Band, Sian Brown, Together We Are Nobody and Elly O Keefe & Band. This will be a free gig but donations will be very welcome on the night! Doors at 8pm. |

Sunday 9th August – Carrauntohill Sponsored Hillwalk
Sponsorship cards are now available at Fellini’s – open until 8pm Monday to Saturday – on Carey’s Lane (next to the Pav). It is very important that anyone who wishes to take part contacts us at info@corktogaza.com so we have an idea of the number of people participating and so we can send you information. If you can’t make it into Fellini’s email us and we’ll send you out a card.
This is the official launch of the fundraising drive where we will talk more about our campaign to bring aid to Gaza . Speakers will include John Hurson who was on the first Viva Palestina convoy in February and Niamh McLoughney, the Irish Free Gaza co-ordinator. Admission will be free but donations are welcome. |

Tuesday 14th July – Table Quiz @ Spalpín Fánac.
We are holding a table quiz in the Spalpín Fánac next Tuesday the 14th, loads and loads of great prizes have already been donated,as well as a raffle and more. Cost is €5 per person (max 5 people per team).
